Please Pray For This Hospital Stay!

It is almost hospital time again....and that brings up so many emotions. I find myself working hard to remember that this is a totally different stay that Georgia's first. This one has no surgery just tons of wires and super glue :)

That said, I still want to cover it in prayer. Today as I watched my little lovelies goof off and practice their "rock band for Jesus" (yep, they have formed a band and practice regularly with Parker making up the lyrics...I'll try to get some video soon).

I find myself remembering the sites and smells of the hospital and wondering how that will be for Georgia...

Would you pray for peace for her?

The first stop at the hospital is the Telemetry lab where they will scrape dead skincells from her head, wash it with antiseptic (which stings) and then glue electrodes to her head, face, torso with a combination of clayish stuff and superglue (according to the tech who said there would be 40-100 of them)...she hated this last time and I am praying that it will be better tomorrow.
Will you pray for peace for her?

A huge praise in the midst of this is that the Cardiologist has decided to monitor her heart the whole time! This is huge because it is what the first cardiologist said really needed to happen to get a good look at what is going on. Would you pray that God would use this time to show exactly what is causing her episodes?
And for peace as this means more electrodes (I think 12) on her chest, arms and legs along with a "backpack" monitor of some sort...

We have snacks, crafts and distractions galore (thanks mom!) and so far Georgia is excited and keeps asking, "Can we go have Mama Georgia snuggle time at the hospital yet???"

and that is my prayer, that I can keep looking at this time as a great opportunity to continue bonding with my amazing little girl with no interruptions (ok...there will be a few)

I am aware again tonight that each day is a gift, each of my kids are a gift and somehow I have been so very blessed with each moment I get to share with them.

But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on
me.
2 Corinthians 12:9

But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
Isaiah 40:31

LORD, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress.
Isaiah 33:2

Thanks again for praying for our Georgia Mei!!!!
