Well....no TA today. Our agency is working on finding out exactly where the TA is and if it has been mailed. They have been amazing and are truly doing everything they can to get our girl home. There are still options on the table and we will know more tomorrow.
Could you please pray for:
* More than anything that the Lord's will be done. Everything in me aches to go and get Georgia home and start getting her heart better ASAP but I know that the Lord's timing is perfect.
* For that TA to show up! Or at least that we would know for sure where it is exactly.
* For Georgia's heart, that it will remain stable and that she will not get any more illnesses while waiting.
* For our hearts as we wait. I feels kindof like when you have been treading water for a long time, like I have very little left but I am fixing my eyes on the Lord!
Thanks so much for checking in and for your prayers and comments, they really are an encouragement to us right now!

Just wanted to let you know I have been praying for you today. Your TA will be here in HIS time. It is probably on some fedex plane right now making that loooong flight across the ocean. I have been following your blog as I am also a mom to a heart baby adopted last year from China. I remember being right where you are...waiting. Each day that went by I worried about my daughter's health. I prayed nonstop for God to keep her strong and he did just that. Know that he is watching over her and has his gentle and healing hand on her little heart.
I pray peace for you and your family and I cannot wait to read your TA news in the coming days.

I've been hoping for good news all day. So sorry that it hasn't come yet. But your right, the Lord's timing is perfect. I know it's hard to have peace right now, but I pray that you will feel His peace as you wait for His timing.

Our hearts and prayers are with you and little Georgia Mei... we're hanging on for you and with you!
I have been praying and checking in all day. I am
so sorry it hasn't come yet. Remember how much He
loves you and know that He loves your sweet Georgia
more then even you do. He is working out His perfect
plan. Which we may not understand until we get to heaven.
Praying for you and your family to feel His peace.

Oh Shannon...I'm so sorry. I know it is hard to stay focused and hopeful in times like this. But I fully trust He will bring you answers very soon and see you through! It's wonderful that your agency continues to work so hard on your behalf. In the meantime, keep focusing up and know that He holds your daughter in His mighty hands and has made His angels charge over her until you are able to travel and bring her home...because 'HOME' is where she belongs!!

Still praying~

Shannon,
I just barely posted on my blog and then checked on yours again (I think I checked on you at least 4 times today!) This waiting is so hard and today I feel so weary. I was so hoping you would have your TA today. It is coming. I know it is. I know our LOA is coming too, but some days.... Hang in there. I'll keep hanging too!

Praying for you friend.
I'm sorry it did not come. I am thrilled to hear our agency is really working hard. They would not do that for our girl. I think maybe her situation gave them a wake-up call and I am grateful for that.
I do think they have a great relationship with the powers that be, so let's just keep praying they can get it on its way if it not already.
Hang in there Shannon. And know that while you're treading, there are many of us treading right beside you ready to bring you back to the surface if you go under for a second.
Exodus 17:12, “Moses’ arms finally became too tired to hold up the staff any longer. So Aaron and Hur found a stone for him to sit on. Then they stood on each side, holding up his hands until sunset.” (NLT)
Oh Shannon,
I just had a minute to check your blog this morning - I was so hoping for a big YIPPEE!!! My heart breaks for you - I so understand that barely treading water feeling. But you really are doing what is most needed, staying focused on Jesus and entrusting it all to him. He is absolutely faithful and his will and timing will not disappoint in the end! :0D Wish I could give you a big hug in person!
