What could be rarer than rare????

Well...I want to update on Ravenna but honestly it is a tough one to know what to do with. After her platelet aggregation last week we got a call from the Hematologist ( who is the TOP pediatric Hematologist for rare blood disorders in our state). This is what she said, "Well, I'm not sure if this will be good news or bad news to you but her platelets came back normal." I asked her what this meant. and she said, "Well, it means we are into something so rare and unusual that I need to talk with people more knowledgable than I am."
Seriously. I said, "We've tested every part of her blood now right?" and her answer as she laughed, "Just the easy ones."
So she asked for some time because she is stumped. Ravenna's clotting time is still off so something is still wrong and right now if she were to get hurt we would not know how to treat her.
I have no idea what to think. On one hand I am relieved because the main things they were testing for last week were severely lifespan limiting. So what does that mean for something even more rare? Is it even more serious? I have no idea.
Please pray for our Hematologist and everyone looking at Ravenna's file, that they would have deep wisdom on how to proceed. Also for peace for us as we wait....

Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

Praying for your sweet girl and her Momma's heart.

And thankful for such a wonderful doctor (sounds like it anyway from this post).
