We came home to a package sent from China...
In it were pictures, TONS of pictures of Yulin (where Georgia was born), of the orphanage, the baby room in the orphanage (where Georgia spent her first two years), pictures of Georgia with the foster mom who kept her for a month until her heart was too sick and she had to go back to the orphanage and lots of new pictures of Georgia growing up...even one of her sitting in her crib.
I am speechlessly thankful to have these pictures and yet they also break my heart at a new level to see where our precious girl has been. I am praying about how much to share but wanted to write and tell anyone who has a child who has been sponsored by Grace and Hope for Children to order the cd with pictures because they are priceless.

oh WOW!...how incredibly priceless. I'm sure there were so many emotions that washed over you as you view those pictures...yet what a gift and a treasure to have!
I have SO missed reading about your family. I don't know what is going on with my dashboard lately, but it has not shown any updates from your blog in ages. I checked to make sure it still showed me as a 'follower' of your blog, and sure enough, it does. So I don't know what the deal is. But as soon as I got your comment this evening, I popped right on over her to do some catching up. I miss seeing your updates and finding out how your sweet Georgia is doing. She looks amazing in all of the photos from your trip...beautiful as EVER!! Wow, what year that your '09 was, huh!? Praying that you and yours have a VERY blessed, healthy and prosperous 2010!! <><
Love & Hugs,
~Tanya
