Shannon--so awful about using nail polish remover for Georgia's hair goo! Our family has used a product called De-Solv-It over the years with great success. If you can't find it in the stores, you can order it online. Check it out online--it is so mild that it is used in neonatal ICUs to remove bandages from preemies' tissue skin.
