“If you do away with the yoke of oppression,
with the pointing finger and malicious talk,
and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry
and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,
then your light will rise in the darkness,
and your night will become like the noonday.
The LORD will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.
Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins
and will raise up the age-old foundations;
you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls,
Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.
with the pointing finger and malicious talk,
and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry
and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,
then your light will rise in the darkness,
and your night will become like the noonday.
The LORD will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.
Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins
and will raise up the age-old foundations;
you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls,
Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.
Isaiah 58:10-12
We decided to wait and held each other and prayed, "Lord, you know our hearts...we don't want to stop giving but we don't know what to do, please show us the way."
...three hours later, I'm making dinner and the phone rings. It is the kids school calling to see if I would be interested in interviewing to be the librarian! The pay??? Would cover exactly our need plus what would be needed to have Georgia in preschool there too.
I am utterly amazed and so excited to step in to what God has for me there. I never in a million years thought I would be a librarian :) But I love kids and I love books and I absolutely love the school. I get to be in my kids school, in their classrooms (which will be all in a row next to each other)...God is SO good. He does it, He really, really does take care of every need when our hearts are poured out to Him.
Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows...

Another amazing story from the Miller household! Sometimes I feel like I'm watching a movie, or reading the Bible or something!!! Thanks for sharing your lives and your stories!
Wonderful news! Truly, truly His provision.
What a great story!!! LOVE that you will be with your kids! God knows everything we need just when we need it!!! XO
Fantastic news and a wonderful Memorial Box story to hang on to. God is blessing you and when you share it here we are blessed to!
Well I needed this today. We are adopting again, and I am looking at the checks I have to write in the next 30 days. I have no idea how this one is going to work out, but when we started this God promised me he would take care of the funding.
That is probably a memorial box monday note for me in fact. Guess I better get to writing.
Fantastic! I Love hearing of how God answers prayer and how He provides! And as someone who's been on the job hunt, it's absolutely God that someone called you out of the blue with a job. Yay!!!
