Amen!

We have had a great weekend with my parents down and are beat now! I will post pictures of our little ballerina in her garden fairy outfit later. I do not have any new adoption news at this point but I did want to share a scripture that I just found, maybe I should tattoo it on my forhead?!?
This is from The Message version:

Romans 8:26-28 (The Message)
Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God's Spirit is right alongside helping us along. If we don't know how or what to pray, it doesn't matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans. He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God. That's why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.

My friend Ginny sent me such a good reminder this weekend about keeping the Master before the Mission. The end goal of this journey is so beautiful (Georgia in our arms) but I do not want to discount the path that we are on. I feel like God is absolutely changing so much in me through this time and it is such a sweet and deep time with Him. I know that even though the unknown is so hard, I would not change this time for anything.

Thanks for your prayers! I cannot wait to look back and see how every single one is answered in the perfect time (of course with sweet Georgia in my arms!)

Hi Shannon,
Sorry to hear that you still have no news..... I know God will use even these awful circumstances for His purposes. But I know that He doesn't like the fact that our children are not in our arms. I'm sure He is grieved by the wait. I know that He is with our little girls, though -- loving them, protecting them, comforting them.
On another note, I love the crib! Isn't it great to have such a wonderful husband!!
Until later,
Barbara
